Sper ca avem fani Florence + The Machine in preajma, pentru ca vreau sa va dau niste vesti.

Grupul britanic are un nou single, primul de pe albumul cu numarul doi, care va fi lansat pe 7 noiembrie.
“What Water Gave Me” a avut ca sursa de inspiratie doua personaje feminine cunoscute: pictorita Frida Kahlo si scriitoare Virginia Wolf. Piesa a fost produsa de Paul Epworth (Adele) si continua sa promoveze stilul indie-alternativ cu care Florence Welch a cucerit o lume intreaga.

“I wrote so much of my first album at different times and places — some songs when I was 18, some when I was 21 — so there are so many pieces and styles on it,” says singer Florence Welch of their 2009 debut Lungs. “And that’s one of the things I love about it, but for my new record, I wanted to do things differently. It’s why I worked with one producer in one studio. I want to tie all those things together … in one piece, if possible.” ; “‘There’s a song on it that’s inspired by a visit [from] my dead grandmother — like, I had a really, really vivid dream about her and, um, she was giving me advice in this dream. And it was really emotional, and I woke up crying. And there’s one song that’s inspired by that experience.’”- Florence Welch.

Cel de-al doilea album, continuarea materialului “Lungs” din 2009, nu a primit inca un nume, insa este sigur ca va contine 12 piese.

Daca piesa “What The Water Gave Me” este geniala, clipul este destul de dragut, fara vreo tema anume. Nici nu cred ca trebuia mai mult.
